Rochester PAB release statement on RPD Chief appointment

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) – The Rochester Police Accountability Board released a statement on the appointment of David Smith as Rochester Police Chief Thursday.

The PAB says they look forward to continuing their work with the chief to get vital information in the investigations into alleged police misconduct.
