Rochester Police investigating shooting on Myrtle Street

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Police say a 30-year-old man is recovering in the hospital after being shot on Thursday night around 10:30.
RPD responded to the call at Myrtle Street near Lyell Avenue for a shotspotter alert. There was evidence of shots fired and just a few minutes later the man was dropped off at Rochester General Hospital.
He is expected to recover. There are no suspects in custody at this time.
