Rochester Police: Rochester man shot on Columbia Avenue
ROCHESTER, N.Y.(WHEC) — Rochester Police are searching for a shooter after a man was shot in the city Saturday morning.
The shooting happened just after 2 a.m. on Columbia Avenue near Seward Street. Police went to the scene and found a Rochester man in his 30’s with a gunshot wound.
He was taken to the hospital with serious injuries but is expected to survive.
During the investigation, officers located a four vehicle multi vehicle accient nearby. Police said at least one of the vehicles was struck by gunfire. There were no additional injuries reported.
No arrests have been made.
