ROCHESTER N.Y. (WHEC) — Quick thinking stopped a bad situation from growing worse.
Neighbors for a two-family home on Harvest Street noticed smoke coming from the home on Sunday and called 911. Firefighters arrived in just three minutes and found a fire in the ceiling between the walls and the attic.
First responders hat to cut a hole in the wall to put the fire out. No injuries were reported, but the house is no longer livable.
