Town of Greece opens first inclusive playground

GREECE, N.Y. (WHEC) — The Town of Greece has opened its first inclusive playground.
It’s located at Basil Marella Park on English Road.
The playground includes a sensory center, swing, and a we-go-swing, a special platform swing for wheelchairs.
The town partnered with Endless Highway to build the playground.
The not-for-profit group works to make sure children and young adults with physical disabilities have opportunities to participate in sports, recreation and arts.
