VICTOR, N.Y. (WHEC) —Businesses are also being impacted by Saturday’s heavy rains.
Viewer Andy Kunzmann said he was driving past Winding Creek Golf Course in Victor when he stopped to take a picture of the flooding on a fairway off Plastermill Road.
Online directories list Winding Creek as a nine-hole "Executive Course."
