Waterloo man accused of stealing car and leading police on a chase

GENEVA, N.Y. (WHEC) — More charges are pending for a Waterloo man accused of stealing a car from a Canandaigua business on Tuesday and leading officers on a chase Thursday.
Geneva Police say they found Timothy Brown, 36, driving the stolen car in Geneva, and when they tried to pull brown over, he didn’t stop, leading them to a house in the Town of Waterloo.
They arrested Brown there.
He was charged with third degree criminal possession of stolen property, third degree unlawful fleeing a police officer, seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, reckless driving and other traffic violations.
