BROCKPORT, N.Y. (WHEC) — SUNY Brockport is calling a bump in their COVID-19 risk level "a precautionary measure."
The school announced Monday it was raising its level from green to blue, which is intermediate.
The school says it only has six cases on campus, but they're concerned with the rise in cases in Monroe County.
After Friday's spike of 54 new cases, the county is reporting 30 new cases Monday.
Brockport now has six weeks to bring the level back down before having to switch to remote learning.
