ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC)— In about a month, thousands of children in our area will be heading back to the classroom. After a year of distance learning, many are in need of all new school supplies.

You can help offset some of that cost for families by giving during the Salvation Army’s "Stuff the Bus" campaign, which got underway Friday morning.

As part of News10NBC’s Back to School In-Depth, Lynette Adams spoke to Major Doug Burr with the SA about the Stuff the Bus campaign. It’s something the organization has been doing for 30 years with its partner Walmart.
