ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — New York’s COVID-19 School Report Card is back online.

The website was down for maintenance for weeks and wasn’t working as recently as last week, even though most districts in the state had just brought classes back into session.

The lack of information frustrated many parents.

Gov. Kathy Hochul’s office promised the website would be working again by Monday, and as of Monday morning, it was back online.

As of 10 a.m. Monday, there were 952 cases of COVID-19 in students since Sept. 13, 2021, and 160 teachers and staff in the same period.

The report card tool also allows users to search by district.

The Rochester City School District had 118 students test positive for COVID-19, 12 teachers and 15 staff at last check.

The Brighton Central School District had eight students test positive, one teacher test positive and no staff members.

In Gates Chili, 15 students tested positive, two teachers and no staff.

In Greece, 71 students tested positive, five teachers and five staff.

In West Irondequoit, 26 students tested positive, two teachers and no staff and in East Irondequoit, 19 students tested positive, two teachers and four staff.

In Rush-Henrietta, 22 students tested positive, three teachers and no staff.
