ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — The University of Rochester is closing some dining services locations and changing the hours of others due to what it calls “unprecedented staffing shortages”.

Danforth Dining Center is closed. To make up for it, U of R is extending hours at Douglass Dining Center and offering to-go meals that students can order through GrubHub and pick up at the Genesee Room.

The U of R did not provide a timeline for when dining services will return to normal, saying it will depend entirely on its ability to hire new employees.
