19 more NYS bars have liquor licenses suspended for COVID-19 violations

NEW YORK (WHEC) — Nineteen more New York State bars had their liquor licenses suspended due to coronavirus violations.

Gov. Andrew Cuomo said that makes 83 suspensions by the State Liquor Authority Board total during the public health emergency.


None of those bars are in the Finger Lakes region. The majority were in Long Island or elsewhere downstate.

As of Monday, 596 charges have been filed and processed.
