Roj said the employee began feeling sick the next day and didn’t come into work.

The distribution centers are following precautionary measures, including having employees wear masks and gloves and extensively cleaning things to ensure there is no increased threat to people receiving meals.

Last week, the first employee handing out meals tested positive for COVID-19. At the time it was announced, city officials said that person was asymptomatic on the days they were working as well.
