ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — News10NBC has been hearing from people 65 and older who say they're concerned about missing a call from their health system to get the COVID-19 vaccine.
One viewer told us he doesn't answer calls he doesn't recognize. So, how do you know you're getting a call from Rochester Regional Health or the University of Rochester Medical Center?
URMC says the call should display as "University of rochester."
Rochester Regional says the number will display as (585)922 and the last four digits may vary.
