ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Gov. Andrew Cuomo Tuesday announced that beginning this week, several state-run drive-through COVID-19 testing sites will close, including the one at Monroe Community College.
The governor’s announcement said that there has been an 88% decrease in drive-through testing demand from January to May 2021.
On Friday, June 18 the drive-through testing centers at Binghamton University, Rockland County’s Anthony Wayne Rec Area, Stony Brook University and Niagara Community College will close.
On Friday, June 25, the drive-through testing centers at SUNY Albany, Queens’ Aqueduct Racetrack, Monroe Community College, Westchester County’s Glen Island Park and the Bronx’s Bay Plaza.
