EAST ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — The Monroe County Department of Public Health (MCDPH) says multiple customers and staff members at Ferrari Pizza Bar in East Rochester have tested positive for COVID-19.

The MCDPH says anyone who visited the restaurant at 349 W. Commercial St. from Saturday, March 20 after 7:30 p.m. through Monday, April 5 at 4 p.m. should immediately self-quarantine and contact the Monroe County COVID Hotline at 585-753-5555 as soon as possible.

The department also issued the following reminder, "The MCDPH would like to remind everyone of the critical importance of cooperating with our contact tracing investigators, especially as we experience an upward trend in our positivity rate. Contact tracing is essential to controlling the spread of the virus and protecting the health and safety of everyone in our community."
