NEW YORK (WHEC) — New York State's 38-day streak of less than 1% of coronavirus tests being positive is over.

Gov. Andrew Cuomo's office says 1% of tests today were positive.

Positive tests in the Finger Lakes Region have remained around 0.7% over the last few days.
