(NBCNC) — Less than half of Americans say they will get the coronavirus vaccine if one is approved by the government.
That is according to a new NBC News/SurveyMonkey weekly tracking poll.
More than 34,000 adults took the online survey and overall 44% said they would get the vaccine and 22% said they would not.
Nearly one third said they weren't sure.
Senior citizens, Asian Americans, those making at least $100,000 a year, those with a college degree and Democrats were more likely to say they would get vaccinated.
