WATERLOO, N.Y. (WHEC) — A Seneca County bar had its liquor license suspended over alleged violations of COVID-19 regulations.

Tiki Bar North at 401A Boody's Hill Road in Waterloo had its license suspended on Oct. 2 after a State Liquor Authority (SLA) investigator made an undisclosed visit.

The SLA investigator reported seeing people standing at the bar, many not wearing face coverings and outdoor tables that were fewer than six feet apart from each other.

The investigator also reported they were able to order a drink without ordering food, and that they saw the owner of the business behind the bar while not wearing a face covering.
