LIVINGSTON COUNTY, N.Y. (WHEC) — Livingston County Dog Control is trying to find the owner of a female pit bull who was found tied to a guardrail on I-390.

Dog control says a good Samaritan found her just north of Exit 4 and took her to Dansville Animal Hospital. She is not injured.

She is 2 to 4 years old, and has a microchip, but the chip isn’t registered to anyone.
