ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Former U.S. Rep. Chris Collins is asking to push back the start of his prison sentence again.

His lawyers say it has to do with concerns over the coronavirus.

In a letter to the judge, they asked to push the start date from Aug. 18 to Oct. 13.

This is the fourth time Collins has asked for a delay.

He was originally supposed to start his 26-month prison sentence in March after pleading guilty to insider trading in October 2019.
