Expect delays for parts of Exchange Boulevard starting Thursday

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Expect a disruption to your routine if you usually take Exchange Boulevard near Ford Street.

On Thursday, road and sidewalk work will start on Exchange Boulevard between Basin and Ford streets. The same work will happen on Ford Street from the bridge to South Plymouth Avenue.

There will be traffic delays, lane shifts, and lane closures throughout the year.
