BRIGHTON, N.Y. — Brighton Police are looking for a missing 18-year-old Monroe Community College student.
Ezri Effah was last seen on New Year’s Eve evening and police believe she is somewhere around the local area. She was last seen wearing a black dress, is 5 foot 4, has black hair, and has brown eyes. Anyone with information that can help to find Ezri is asked to call 911.
