Third suspect expected to be arraigned Monday in Sodus double homicide

On Monday, the third suspect in the deadly shooting of a Sodus couple is expected to be arraigned.

Bron Bohlar, a 34-year-old Texas police officer, claims he had no idea his former police chief was planning a murder.

He's charged with conspiracy in connection to the shooting deaths of Joshua Niles and Amber Washburn in Sodus, Wayne County.

Prosecutors say he talked about the deaths with the accused shooter Timothy Dean and dean's wife, Charlene Childers.
