As he went to visit family for Easter, the bag of Mark Payton was somehow diverted to New York City. The main concern, according to Mr. Payton, is that his CPAP machine was in his luggage.

Payton contacted News10NBC when he says Greyhound refused to return his luggage to Rochester. When we investigated we found out Payton's bag was transported to Dallas, one of Greyhound's hubs.

After our story, Greyhound promised it would return Mr. Payton's bag to Rochester. Payton tells us it has not arrived and Greyhound's media contact has not answered our most recent emails.

So it is now 47 days since Payton's bag was bussed to New York City and then Dallas.

News10NBC is going to contact Greyhound again and ask why it's taking so long to return Payton's bag to Rochester.
