ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) -
A Rochester man was arrested after police say he tried to steal flea and tick medicine.
39-year-old Michael Papalia was in court yesterday. His bail is set at $50,000.
Prosecutors will only say it happened at a big-box store in Victor.
The Assistant District Attorney tells the Messenger Post that Papalia also got into a fight with a security guard at the store. That elevates the crime from larceny to robbery.
Papalia's trial is set for April.
