News10NBC has learned new information on what landed a local contractor back behind bars.
News10NBC has been investigating Alvis Sprague for months. He was arrested on Monday for grand larceny in Monroe County.
According to the felony complaint, deputies said that Sprague agreed to perform $4,900 of inside repairs at a house in Henrietta back in November 2016. The owner lives out of state.
The complaint states that the homeowner paid him $3,900 after receiving text photos from Sprague that all of the interior work was completed.
But in March 2017, witnesses told deputies that none of the work had been done.
Sprague is being held in the Monroe County Jail.
