American Airlines officials say a system glitch is impacting dozens of flights in and out of the Charlotte Douglas International Airport in Charlotte, North Carolina.
This problem has been happening since Thursday and airline officials say they are doing their best to resolve the issue.
One woman flying out of Greater Rochester International Airport says she was stranded for more than five hours before she was forced to take a different airline.
Rochester airport officials tell News10NBC no American Airlines flights seem to be impacted at the moment.
But if you are scheduled to fly American Tuesday, you're urged to contact the airline to make sure your flight is still scheduled.
