GATES, N.Y. (WHEC) -- Gates Police have arrested and charged another person in connection to a brawl and shooting at the Diplomat Party House last month.

Fights broke out during a Hispanic concert both inside the facility and outside in the parking lot back on Jan. 13.

Multiple agencies executed a search warrant at a house Friday morning on Sobieski Street and took Reinaldo Aristegui-Calas into custody.

Investigators say Aristegui-Calasis one of the three shooters in the melee. He allegedly shot two rounds in the parking lot while hundreds of people were either outside or inside the building.

He is charged with reckless endangerment and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon.

Aristegui-Calas is in the Monroe County Jail with bail set at $25,000 cash or $50,000 bond. He's due back in court on Feb. 13.

Last month, four other people were arrested charged in connection with the incident.

The investigation into the shooting is continuing and more arrests are expected.

Gates Police Chief James VanBrederode says the "Marijuana House" on Sobieski Street has been shut down and charges are pending from the Rochester Police Department as a result of Friday's search warrant.
