ARCADE, N.Y. (WHEC) — Two long-lost brothers born in Batavia have been reunited after 60 years.
Bruce Delude and Don Crawford spent years in foster care together until they were unexpectedly separated when they were put up for adoption.
They spent the next six decades looking for each other, but now their search is over, thanks to Delude's daughter.
She found Crawford in Tennessee and contacted him.
The brothers finally met again face-to-face in an emotional reunion at Delude's home in Wyoming County over the weekend.
"When he got out and said it—I just stood there in shock and said 'Is this real?' Very emotional," Delude said.
They say they still want to know why they were separated.
