ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) - Three local men accused in a plot to bomb a small Muslim community in New York are expected in court Thursday.
Andrew Crysel, Brian Colaneri, and Vincent Vetromile are scheduled for a hearing at the Hall of Justice at 9:30 a.m.
Investigators say the three men, along with Nicholas Pheilshifter, planned to attack Muslims in the community of Islamberg near Binghamton.
FBI agents say at least one of the bombs found was functional.
The four are facing felony charges.
