BRIGHTON, N.Y. (WHEC) -- Code violations against a former University of Rochester student accused of putting up white supremacist flyers will likely get dismissed.
Brighton Town Court tells News10NBC it agreed to an adjournment of dismissal for 23-year-old Christopher Hodgman.
This means if he doesn't get in trouble with the law in the next six months, the town code violations will disappear.
Police say they found a number of neo-Nazi stickers and flyers in Brighton last fall.
Hodgman was ticketed back in March.
