ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Willie Lightfoot, the vice president of the Rochester City Council, a barber, a thriving business owner in the 19th Ward, and the head of the United Professional Barbers and Cosmetologists Association.

When Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced a second shut down of some businesses in the Orange Zone just before Thanksgiving, Lightfoot couldn't remain silent. 

News10NBC's Lynette Adams spoke with Lightfoot on this week's edition of Rochester in Focus.
