Car crashes into Rochester apartment building

Rochester, N.Y. (WHEC) - A Rochester apartment building is still standing after a car went crashing into it.  

Police were on the scene at the Susan B. Anthony apartments at around 2:30 p.m. Saturday afternoon.

An SUV was seen smashed into the side of the building on Central Park and First Street. A 26-year-old female driver was transported to Strong Memorial Hospital with injuries. A 40-year-old female passenger was transported to Strong Memorial Hospital also with non-life threatening injuries.

The investigation is ongoing.
