The community gathered Wednesday for a walk to remember a Webster teen who disappeared 23 years ago.

Kelley Gaffield's body was found in a wooded area, nearly three months after she disappeared. She was just 16 years old.

The case remains unsolved and investigators have never been able to say how she died.

"We just want answers and put an end to this," Chris Reilly, Kelley's mother, says. "We need peace and Kelley absolutely needs justice. If anyone has any kind of information, they need to really come forward and let Webster PD know."

Kelley's family still hopes someone will come forward with information that will lead to an arrest.

For the first time, Webster Police will be taking us Inside the Evidence. Chief Joe Rieger shows us pictures of where Kelley's body was found back in 1995. Stay tuned for Nikki Rudd's complete report Friday night at 11 on News10NBC.
