The Webster community is coming together to make what could be a teen's last birthday everything he could hope for and more.

Owen Knight got a special treat for his 15th birthday Wednesday as family and friends lined the streets to cheer him on as he rode to school in style.

The parade started at the Webster Police Department and ended with cake at Webster Thomas High School.

This all started with a Facebook post made by Knight's aunt, asking people to send Knight birthday cards. Knight's aunt says this could be his last birthday due to medical issues including having a defibrillator, dilated cardiomyopathy, and terminal Duchenne muscular dystrophy.

Webster police officers saw the post and jumped into action organizing Wednesday's event.
