NEW YORK (WHEC) — Gov. Andrew Cuomo signed an executive order Friday night allowing all gatherings of 10 people or fewer as long as social distancing guidelines are being followed.

The order also says cleaning and disinfection protocols required by the Department of Health must also be followed.

Earlier this week, Cuomo said gatherings of 10 or fewer would be allowed for Memorial Day.

This order modifies that previous order, allowing gatherings for any lawful reason, as long as people are social distancing.
