(WHEC) — Virtual classrooms are seeing a rise in bullying.

Child psychologists at the DuPont Hospital for Children say they're seeing this more and more- kids using the text chat feature on zoom or google meet to make fun of other kids

So how do you stop it?

They say parents and teachers should look for behavioral changes or notice if students are hesitant to log on for classes. You can also help children learn to make appropriate small talk in virtual classes and if they or you see bullying, reach out to teachers and school administrators.
