He's already named in a lawsuit filed by Nicholas Belstio.

Body camera video from a Bills tailgate in December of 2017 shows two Erie County Sheriff's deputies arresting Belstio.

Erie County District Attorney John Flynn says Achtyl could do a year behind bars if convicted.

The defense says there's more to the story.
