A Hamlin man has been charged with aggravated vehicular homicide and DWI following a fatal crash in Sweden Tuesday night.

At around 6:30 p.m., deputies say 59-year-old Charlene Fuller, of Bergen, was making a left turn into the Walmart parking lot on Brockport-Spencerport Road when 32-year-old William Kleisle, of Hamlin, hit the passenger side of Fuller's car, causing it to spin and hit a third car driven by 61-year-old Deborah Bueford, of Penfield.

Deputies say 84-year-old Mary Beh, the mother of Fuller and the passenger in her car, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Fuller and Kleisle were transported to Strong Memorial Hospital with injuries. Bueford was not injured.

Kleisle was arrested and charged with aggravated vehicular homicide, DWI-Common Law, and reckless driving. Deputies say additional charges may be filed.

Kleisle was arraigned Wednesday and remanded to Monroe County Jail on $15,000 cash or $45,000 bond. His preliminary hearing is set for April 30 at 2 p.m.
