LIVONIA, N.Y. (WHEC) -- A Livonia man with a revoked license and multiple suspensions is accused of driving with a blood alcohol content nearly four times the legal limit.
Michael Donovan, 28, was pulled over on Big Tree Road in Livonia early Sunday morning.
A breathalyzer test showed Donovan had a blood alcohol content of 0.31 percent, nearly four times the legal limit, according to the Livingston County Sheriff's Office.
