A top executive at Rochester's biggest development company appeared in federal court facing bank and wire fraud charges Thursday.
Todd Morgan and his attorney, David Rothenberg, said nothing as they entered the federal courthouse in Buffalo.
During the hearing, Morgan's attorney entered a not guilty plea on all charges against his client.
Morgan was released on $25,000 bond. He now has to temporarily give up his passport and answer to federal probation officers at the drop of a hat.
Morgan has also been suspended without pay and will not be allowed to communicate with any witnesses involved in the case. He will be allowed to speak with his family but not in regards to the case.
When News10NBC confronted Rothenberg, he declined to comment on any of the charges filed against his client.
Morgan is a project manager at Morgan Communities which is owned by his father Bob Morgan.
Bob's nephew, Kevin Morgan, is also facing charges in this case and will be arraigned in Buffalo next week.
