District officials wanted to vote on the topic back in June but they delayed that to get more feedback from parents.

After the first meeting last week the the Superintendent of Hilton Central School District, Casey Kosiorek, said there were people in-favor and against the idea.

Kosiorek explained, "we all have our students' and staff's safety as our number one priority some of us have different opinions on how that can be accomplished but if anything is going to bring us together it's the fact we want to make sure our students and staff are safe."

The meeting Monday night begins at 7 p.m. at Merton Williams Middle School.
