Driver in fatal Henrietta crash pleads not guilty

A man indicted on multiple charges in connection with a fatal crash in Henrietta entered a not guilty plea on Friday. 

The driver of the vehicle, 22-year-old Jordin Campbell, is charged with aggravated vehicular homicide, second-degree manslaughter, aggravated vehicular assault, three counts of second-degree assault, DWI, DWAI by drugs, and DWAI by the combined influence of drugs or of alcohol and any drug or drugs.

News10NBC obtained the criminal complaint against Campbell. It says Campbell was the driver of the car that was speeding down Clay Road near Walmart and crashed into the barrier wall along I-390 on Jan. 3.

Two people, 22-year-old Anthony Mykins and a female passenger, were thrown from the vehicle as a result of the crash. Mykins was pronounced dead at the scene. The female victim was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital with serious injuries. A third passenger suffered non-life threatening injuries.

Campbell is currently out on bail.
