Driver in fatal Henrietta crash pleads guilty to aggravated vehicular homicide

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — The driver charged in a fatal crash in Henrietta has accepted a plea deal. 

Jordin Campbell, 22, pleaded guilty Tuesday to aggravated vehicular homicide.

Deputies say Campbell was speeding down Clay Road near Walmart and crashed into the barrier wall along I-390 on Jan. 3. Two people, 22-year-old Anthony Mykins and a female passenger, were thrown from the vehicle as a result of the crash.

Mykins was pronounced dead at the scene. The female victim was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital with serious injuries. A third passenger suffered non-life threatening injuries.
