The attorney for LeSean McCoy's ex-girlfriend Delicia Cordon said Friday that her client is no longer certain the Buffalo Bills running back was involved in the home invasion and assault that sparked domestic violence accusations earlier this week.
Early Tuesday morning, police were called to investigate a home invasion and assault that occurred at McCoy's Atlanta based home.
Cordon told police on the scene that McCoy possibly set her up.
Her friend then posted a graphic Instagram picture later in the day, accusing McCoy of domestic violence, ped use, and animal abuse.
The post was later deleted.
Cordon's attorney, Tanya Mitchell Graham, told CBS News Friday that her client is no longer certain McCoy was involved in the attack.
She did add that Cordon still feels as though he had something to do with it, but won't blame McCoy without further evidence.
