MACEDON, N.Y. (WHEC) — A man accused of failing to appear in court after his initial menacing arrest is accused of failing to appear in court again.

26-year-old Nicholas Jordan is accused of failing to appear in court in Macedon again on Tuesday.

He was given an appearance ticket on Tuesday after Fairport Police tracked him down for allegedly failing to appear in court last week.

He was supposed to answer to charges of menacing that stem from an incident that occurred in early January.

Jordan was arrested after he allegedly threatened a man with a loaded gun. He was released with an appearance ticket under the new bail reform law.

He was arrested again a few hours later for allegedly continuing to threaten the same victim over the phone.

The Macedon Town Court Clerk’s Office says the judge has signed a warrant for Jordan’s arrest after his latest “no show” on Tuesday.
