FARMINGTON, N.Y. (WHEC) — Donations collected through one family’s holiday tradition will support the family of fallen Rochester Police Officer Manny Ortiz.

The Raggi Christmas light show started on Thanksgiving night, and so did fundraising efforts for two causes dear to them this year.

The family is accepting donations for the John F. Russo Jr. Memorial Foundation and the family of Officer Ortiz.

The annual show on Buckskin Drive in Farmington combines colorful holiday lights with music.

"We have cars coming from all over,” Bruce Raggi said. “I mean we have people that come from Syracuse to see us here. My brother is a retired police officer with the city and I know a bunch of police officers and we decided to add Manny Ortiz to it this year.”

The show runs every night from 4:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. The last show will be on Dec. 31.
