The FBI lab in Quantico issued an 11-page report on the three devices.

Detectives say they found them at a home in Greece, where one of the four suspects lived.

The report concludes the devices were capable of causing "property damage, personal injury and or death".

The report also contains a written statement from a friend of the 16-year-old suspect that says the suspect showed him a device that appeared to be a bomb with a half-inch fuse and a keg of black powder.

In addition to the 16-year-old, last month police arrested 19-year-old Vincent Vetromile, 20-year-old Brian Colaneri, and 18-year-old Andrew Crysel.
