WASHINGTON (WHEC) -- Government workers who went without a paycheck during the shutdown will all get the pay they missed this week. That's according to the White House.
All employees will also receive their regular paychecks next week.
Around 800,000 federal employees missed two paychecks during the government shutdown.
About half of those employees are considered "essential" and have been working without pay.
On Friday, President Donald Trump signed a temporary spending bill to re-open the government until Feb. 15
The president has threatened to shut down the government again if he doesn't get funding for a border wall.
